Unfortunately we've been pretty sick for the last week, especially me and Tim. Fortunately Justin hasn't been too bad. We are finally recovering, and we decided that we were up for an outing Easter afternoon, which was good because the weather was beautiful. We decided to head further afield than usual and went up to Joseph Bryan Park, which is close to where we used to live in Richmond. They have a big azalea garden there that we were hoping would be in bloom. The azaleas were only about 1/3 out or less, but the ones that were open were nice, and there were some very pretty flowering trees, including dogwood, one of my favorites.

In other news, Justin as done a few new things in recent days. A few days ago he started clapping his hands, which is very cute. Also this week he fed himself Cheerios for the first time (both the self-feeding and the Cheerios were a first). Our little baby is getting to be a big baby!

Its so sweet he has kisses for his mommy! I remember when my nephew started eating Cheerios, it was a hard task. He basically had to get them to stick to his fingers in order to get them to his mouth since he couldn't pinch yet.
