One of the main events was a pinata. I'm not sure all the kids completely understood what was going on, but if you give 1- to 4-year-olds a stick and tell them they can hit something they will have no trouble getting right into it! It was actually quite impressive how they all took turns and took a good whack at it. None of them were able to break it open, but they were definitely excited about the candy falling out after a little help from the adults.
