On the morning of our last full day in Virginia Beach we decided to try mini golf with Justin for the first time. Well, he'd actually been with us in a backpack or in a stroller when he was younger, but this was the first time we had him try to play with us.
It was pretty much a disaster, and we're not planning on trying it again any time soon. I do think, though, that he would have enjoyed it if he'd been in a better mood. He was not feeling cooperative that morning.
We did have a nice lunch afterward, though.
That afternoon it was back to the beach.

That was August 31, and we haven't taken a single photograph since then, because Tim hurt his back badly the next morning while we were getting ready to leave the hotel. That was the first thing to turn our lives upside down a bit, and then a few weeks later I went into the hospital. So, I don't know when our next post will be. Maybe there will be something to share if I'm lucky enough to get home from the hospital for a while, especially since our new camera arrived yesterday! But, if nothing else, we promise pictures of the baby eventually after he comes, whenever that will be.

Hi, Marie. Tim is finally doing a bit better, though not back to normal yet. It's a good trend, though!
