First day of preschool (kind of)

Samuel has been attending the Cedarhouse School since the beginning of June. The school has two "wings" and today Sam moved up from the oldest class in the infant/toddler wing, to the youngest class in the preschool wing. Classes at this school are named for types of trees, and Sam was very excited to be starting his first day in the Junipers.

No tears going into the new room with new teachers, although he wasn't quite ready to let go of his monkey yet when I left.

This class will be similar in many ways to his previous class, but as a preschool room they do a bit more than the toddlers with things like letter recognition and independence. This fall Sam will be attending Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
