Leaves and Halloween

We took a break in the pile of leaves "we" raked:





On Halloween morning the boys made ghosts.  Sam's was one of his first independent drawings that looks like more than a scribble.  Of course, it's, well, um, anatomically correct...


Here are the boys in costume before trick-or-treating.


Thanks to Gram for making both costumes!  She got a break this year, though, as Justin wore the dinosaur costume in 2011 and it became a dragon in 2012.  And the tiger has an even longer history, back to Aunt Patty in about 1980:

Back to the present day:

 Here are the boys sitting next to their jack-o'-lanterns.  Sam picked his design from some examples, Justin drew his, and I did the carving.
