Snowy Saturday morning

Back on January 8th we had a Saturday morning to play in the snow. It wasn't very deep, but it was perfect snow for snowballs and for sticking to tree branches, which made for a lovely walk:

We walked down to the reservoir, where we started off our fun by throwing sticks into the water.

Then on to the playground.

Justin performed a community service by clearing the slide of snow:

After that we decided to try making a snowman, even though the snow was not very deep. We ended up with quite a few leaves in our snowman!

The finished product:

Justin getting goofy around the snowman:

His first snow angel:

Snowman hug:

And we finished off the morning with a snowball fight:

And with that the blog is finally up-to-date, because, believe it or not, we haven't taken any pictures since January 8!

I know, Marie! For some reason we just haven't been taking many pictures lately and I usually base it around sharing our pictures. Well, one reason is that our camera is malfunctioning. It's not completely broken, but it often won't let us take flash pictures. We are trying to get around to thinking about buying a new one.
