Snow!

Along with many others in the Richmond area, we were very excited to get a real snowstorm last Sunday and Monday. It was the biggest snow for this area in seven years. We got about 7 inches at our house.


Here's how it looked on our back deck:


We bundled up and took Justin out in the yard on Monday afternoon. Unfortunately he was not as impressed with the snow as we were. He mostly just seemed cold! But we explored the yard a bit before going back in anyway.



We let him touch the snow a bit before sticking that poor little hand back inside his fleece suit:


It was fun to wander in and out among the trees in our backyard...

Now that we finally got a real snow, I am ready for spring. And I don't have to wait long--the weather is supposed to be in the 70's this weekend!
